In light of the impact that the novel COVID-19 has had globally, at Dominicanos USA, we have implemented new procedures and strategies to be able to counteract and collaborate with stopping the spread of the coronavirus by working from home and thus continue offering the services and necessary information that will help us overcome the obstacles we are currently facing.

Citizenship Event

Dominicanos USA Invites you to participate in our upcoming citizenship event! We will be offering free assistance with the application, the fee waiver, and legal consultation for eligible permanent residents.

Basic Requirements

In order to apply, you need to meet some requirements.

Be of 18 years or older

Have been a lawful permanent resident of the united states for at least 5 years

Have been physically present in teh United States for at least half of the five (or three) years;

Be a person of good moral character

Have been physically present in the United States for at least half of the five (or three) years;

Be able to read, write, and speak basic English;

Have resided for at least three months in the state in which the naturalization application will be filled;

To attend one our events you must register using the application below

List of documents you must bring to the event

To ensure that you can complete your application the day of the event, please bring the following:

Green card, social security, state ID, and all passports.
Marriage or divorce certificate
All police and court record if you have ever been arrested, cited detained or charged.
Benefits verification letter and/or a copy of your most recent tax return
Addresses, work, and schooling (last 5 years)
All trips outside of the U.S. (last 5 years)

We are looking for volunteers!

Attorneys with experience in Immigration law or DOJ accredited representatives to:

  • Provide free legal advice;
  • Screen for eligibility;
  • Review completed applications.

Non-Legal Volunteers to:

  • Fill out N-400 applications;
  • Line coordination;
  • Copies and packaging.
