In celebration of Latino Heritage Month, Dominicanos USA is proud to present its very own Community Gallery Exhibit to showcase the richness of the Dominican culture through the eyes of Dominican-American artists.
Through October 10th, Dominicanos USA welcomes community members to its Bronx offices for a thrilling presentation of René De Los Santos’ artwork. René has an extraordinary love for creating prints that have an element of originality as his most recent solo exhibition – Tribute to all the Women of the World – showed in March at New York City’s Rio II Gallery.
Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, René immigrated to the United States in 1978 and is now a member of the renowned Dominican York Proyecto GRAFICA, a printmaking collective of twelve artists of Dominican descent who live and work in and around New York City.
Latino Heritage Month is a time to honor and rejoice the beauty of our people, culture, and traditions. Join us for a remarkable presentation of the Dominican-American culture and experience the booming artwork of local artists!
