DUSA Tech
The newest initiative from Dominicanos USA (DUSA) that aims to create stronger communities through technology. Our objective is to identify and organize Dominicans and Dominican-Americans around communities of interest, and to develop an ecosystem that supports economic integration, employment, and market development.
At DUSA Tech, we recognize the growing importance of technology in our world and the need for individuals and communities to have access to the resources and skills necessary to thrive in the digital age. Our focus is on empowering individuals and communities through coding training, and commercial absorption of the skills developed under our program, to support the development of the gaming vertical of the digital economy. This will generate prosperity for an important portion of the population, creating a more inclusive and equitable tech industry
Our three pillars of Education, Employment, and Market Development serve as the foundation of our mission. We provide coding training and mentorship to individuals from underrepresented communities, helping them to develop the skills needed to succeed in the digital economy. Through partnerships with industry leaders, we connect our participants with employment opportunities and support their professional growth. We also work to create a more diverse and inclusive tech industry by supporting the development of the gaming vertical, a growing sector with significant economic potential.
